Starbelly is an award-winning belly dance company and school led by Cecilia Rinn. For more than 30 years, Starbelly has shared the beauty of Raks Sharki through performances, education, cultural events, and theatrical productions, touring nationally and internationally while remaining deeply rooted in Boise, Idaho. Their work has been supported by grants and awards from organizations including the Idaho Arts Commission, the Boise City Department of Arts and History, the National Endowment for the Arts, and The Alexa Rose Foundation. Known for its artistry, professionalism, and welcoming spirit, Starbelly brings to life the beauty, passion, and artistry at the heart of Raks Sharki.
